These terms govern your use of Four Pillars (“the Service”). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Four Pillars generates Four Pillars / BaZi (사주명리) astrology readings based on the birth details you provide. Readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on your reading in place of advice from a qualified professional.
Your reading is calculated directly from the birth date, time, and other details you enter. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings caused by incorrect information you provide.
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your reading is unlocked immediately after successful payment, and a link to it is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
Because your reading is delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a reading has been generated. If you experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing a reading you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund your payment. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Your reading link is permanent and not tied to an account or login — bookmark the emailed link to revisit it. Keep the link private, as anyone with it can view the reading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Pillars is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. This does not exclude any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
